Please verify availability of a unit before planning to visit. With a limited number of available units at any time, showings only scheduled based on the departing tenant's timing.
To apply for a rental, we use the application of the NWPA Apartment Association. We will check references provided, past landlords, employer(s) and pull your credit through the credit bureau. Your signature on the application gives us permission to make these checks. Any application will be held for the duration of the lease period and up to three years later. We want to make sure that an applicant can afford to rent from us and has an acceptable rental history. You may fax us the application or apply in person.
Once renting from us, we respect the unit as your home and ask you to respect our property likewise. We are fair and return deposits within 30 days of departure after assessing the apartment. What is considered property damage?
Permanent stains in carpets,
Damaged or broken cabinets or shelves,
Holes in doors or broken knobs,
Plugged drains or toilets,
Any fire damage from smokes or other,
Broken light fixtures,
Broken or lost keys,
Any pet damage or odors,
Closet doors off the track or broken,
Ripped or torn vinyl flooring,
Holes on walls,
Ripped window or door screens or glass.
